Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Unused and in original packaging, with all accessories/tags included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To initiate a return, please email us at support@deskanddwell.com with your order number and reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and inspect it:

  1. We'll send you an email confirmation
  2. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@deskanddwell.com, including your order number and photos. We’ll send a replacement or provide a full refund at no extra cost.
